In 2003 Fair Play South West welcomed Jackie Longworth as our new Chair and Sharon Lee Sheather as our Vice- chair .

	Jackie Longworth has been an active member and supporter of Fair Play South West for some time. Last year she became a member of the development steering group and joined the Board when it was established in 2002. She brings with her relevant experience on gender equality issues as past President of both the Women's Engineering Society and her Trade Union (then Engineers & Managers Association, now Prospect). She has also been an active member of the SWTUC Women's Committee for a number of years. Jackie is also elected to the SW Regional Assembly by the SWTUC and, as Chair of the Social & Economic Partners, is currently Deputy Chair of the Assembly.
	Sharon Lee Sheather also joined the Board in 2002 after being an active supporter and member of Fair Play South West. Sharon is Managing Director of SLS Training. She also represents the UK on behalf of British Standards Institute as Convenor of a European Technical Committee responsible for drafting a Standard to make children’s play equipment safer. She is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses National Policy Committee for Health and Safety and a Board Director of Business Link, Gloucestershire, Connexions and Gloucestershire Learning Partnership.
